Cracked chlorella powder is derived from a single-celled green algae known for its high nutrient content and health benefits. This green superfood is rich in protein, vitamins, and minerals, making it a popular dietary supplement for enhancing nutrition. By cracking the cell wall of the algae, the nutrients become more bioavailable, maximizing its beneficial effects. Add chlorella powder to foods such as smoothies and green juices or encapsulate it for supplemental use.

cracked chlorella powder

Chlorella is frequently labeled a "superfood" because of its rich nutrient profile, featuring high levels of protein, vitamins, and minerals, including vitamin B12, which is uncommon in plant sources. This makes it an excellent complement to plant-based diets. What sets chlorella apart from other algae is its tough cell walls; by cracking these walls, its digestibility and nutrient absorption are significantly enhanced. Additionally, chlorella has been shown to effectively bind to heavy metals and other toxins, potentially aiding the body’s natural detoxification processes.
