Our bitter orange peels come from the Seville orange which is less sweet than clementines or other oranges. It is used as a flavoring agent in many kinds of foods from marinades to marmalades, as well as in liqueurs, fermented wines and tea blends. Bitter orange peel is also an excellent ingredient to use in natural skin care products, such as soaps, exfoliating body and lip scrubs and facial creams.
