This blend uses all the spices of traditional chai tea, but excludes the black tea base component thereby making this mixture caffeiene free. Enjoy all the flavors of chai without the extra kick, or follow the lead of cafés that have incorporated chai flavor into their coffee drinks and formulate a chai coffee mixture.
Steep this blend as you would other tea with boiling (or near boiling) water in either a tea strainer or paper bag, or decoct this blend in the traditional way of making masala chai by simmering the spices with milk and sugar.
