Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red clay (also known as rhassoul clay)
- 1/3 cup oats, powdered*
- 1/3 cup dried organic rose petals, powdered*
- Enough liquid to make into a paste (You can use honey, milk, rose water or just plain water) Instructions
*Note: To make the powdered oats and rose petals, simply place oats and dried rose petals, in a spice/coffee grinder or blender and then process until powdered.
Instructions
1. Combine the clay, powdered oats, and powdered rose petals in a small bowl and transfer to a sealed container for storage.
2. To make the mask, take 2 teaspoons of the dry mixture and place in a small bowl. Add 2 teaspoons of chosen liquid and stir to make a paste. Add more liquid if necessary, so that the mask has a spreadable consistency.
3. Apply the mask in a thick layer to the face. Keep the mask on for about 15 minutes, then gently rinse off using warm water and a soft washcloth.
4. Follow up with a light moisturizer.
5. Use 1–2 times a week, after cleansing the face.
